ISIS Fighters Flee To Turkey Following Defeat In Til Abyad

ISIS fighters fleeing Girê Spî (Til Ebyad) in the wake of the capture of the city by YPG forces have begun to flee into Turkey, according to report from DIHA and carried in Özgür Gündem.

ISIS fighters had replaced their flag on the border crossing with Turkey with the flag of the Free Syrian Army in order to cause confusion among Turkish soldiers guarding the border. Despite this 5 ISIS fighters were taken into custody as they attempted to cross in Turkey.
